Sign in to your Caesars Rewards Dining account, which will take you to the Account Center. Then:

1. Under “ACCOUNT CENTER,” click “PROFILE.”
2. Click to check the box labeled, “Yes, I want to earn Reward Credits^® dining at participating restaurants. Email me occasionally about restaurants in my area, special offers and bonus opportunities to earn Reward Credits.”
