My account is locked.

In all likelihood, if your account is locked, it is because you have tried to sign in with the incorrect password too many times.

1. Click “SIGN IN / JOIN NOW” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the Caesars Rewards sign-in page.
2. Click the “Forgot Password?” link above the “SIGN IN” button and follow the directions to reset your account by providing either your username or Caesars Rewards Number.

1. Tap the navigation symbol (three horizontal lines) at the top corner of any page. A navigation panel will slide open.
2. Locate and tap “SIGN IN / JOIN NOW.”
3. Tap the “Forgot Password?” link above the “SIGN IN” button and follow the directions to reset your account by providing either your username or Caesars Rewards Number.
